A colleague shared this video with me and I thought it was just so great that I wanted to share it too.
Let me know what you think?
Thank you for sharing your classrooms.

This is the place where we can discuss the details about the project "A day in my school" and also share some useful software which can be used in the blog!

Human Families and ICT as Part of the Language.
Thank you so much for sharing these reflections!
It’s a very interesting document, very beautiful.
…schools, children, students, teachers, connectivity, communities, social networks, opportunities, learning for life, tasks, content developers, reflect, research, creating bridges, learning for life, learning for what?....
I think one of the central questions is where these ICT are from and why are they here with us?
My personal point of view is that Wakan Tanka, the Great Mistery (to use a Indigenous expression), Creator is a Teacher and HeShe’s glad if we pay attention to What is being Taught and Shared; Creation speaks a kind of Language, a beautiful Language, an Eternal Language, and express a kind of Energy.
As teachers, students, communities we can try to listen to It, understand It, put It into practice with ‘good will’, creativity, gentleness, spirit of Equality and Cooperation. Consider a family: the father and the mother have resources for their children to share and they care about sharing these with equality. I think the same we have to do with Communitarian resources. And I think ICT are a powerful tool Creator gave us to know each other, cooperate, share and live together in Beauty and Paece using ‘good will’ and ‘good energies.
If you are curious and have time, please have a look at the trilogy by Enrique Barrios; many teachers and schools adopt his books for their classes.
In one of these books one of the main characters (wise children) reflects on how financial, technical, economic resources have been and are being shared among the human communities, human families and we all know how…
In another passage, the same wise child reflects about the difference between what is natural and what is artificial. Then he state that it wouldn’t be correct to say that
Trees, Flowers, Bees, Waters etc are ‘natural’ and Objects, Cars, Technologies are artificial.
The truth is that everything can be ‘natural’: it merely depends on the ‘intentions’ on the ‘meanings’ that you decided to build.
Computers, ICT and everything is being invented or created by Humans can be ‘Natural’ only if It has been created to promote and testify Equality, Brotherhood, Peace.
With Sincere Gratitude to All the Colleagues for sharing this Project.
Thanks for your video sharing and Andrea's reflection.
You both give me so much inspiration. In Taiwan, we tend to expect "right answers" from students but leave less time for them to "think" and "create."
They seem to have no courage to use what they've learnt to explore the world, where there are so many amazing things to know!
But in this project, my students, at the beginning, felt confused when facing the blog but now they really enjoy working on the blog. They have more confidence to communicate with others, not being afraid of making mistakes.
So your comments and reply on the blog always motivate them to do more for their learning and make them understand how to show their love and respect to international partners.
Though this year is coming to end, my students and I hope we can learn more from you before the project ends.
This week my students will use "goanimate" to introduce more about their school life.
Hope you'll like it then.
Keep in touch. And thanks again for your sharing.
